We ship through UPS and USPS. Your shipping address will determine your method of shipping. All UPS orders must be delivered to a physical address, no PO boxes. If you provide us with a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 3-5 business days for UPS orders and 4-7 days for USPS orders.

All orders are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. We will promptly replace any defective dvds with the same dvd, at no additional charge to you, upon receipt of the returned defective item. All defective dvd exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
